Neil Parmar

Neil is the Resident Storyteller at JOLT and writes about startups, technology, innovation and social entrepreneurship for publications such as Inc., Entrepreneur and The Wall Street Journal. He is also a journalism professor and has worked as an editor for WSJ, Money Magazine as well as The National, a newspaper based in the United Arab Emirates where he covered the impact of the Arab Spring on entrepreneurs and startups. In 2012, former President Bill Clinton announced that Neil’s team was one of three that won the Hult Prize, which awards $1 million to pilot promising social enterprise ideas.
