Grace Lee Reynolds is the CEO of MaRS Discovery District, where she leads one of the world’s most influential innovation hubs.

At MaRS, Grace oversees the teams, partnerships and infrastructure that help science- and technology-based ventures scale their breakthroughs. Under her leadership, MaRS supports founders working on solutions in health, climate and emerging technologies by connecting them with the capital, customers, talent and resources they need for commercial success.

Grace focuses on aligning public and private partners, advancing commercialization pathways and ensuring Canadian discoveries translate into economic and societal impact. Cementing MaRS’s role as a national convenor, she is working to build a thriving innovation ecosystem by addressing the system barriers faced by science-based ventures, informing policy and helping institutions work together to build globally competitive companies.
